On the bench
I have 2 things to report:
1. The strained muscle has forced me to stop with the 5 Tibetan Rites. The only thing I can do without causing a cry of pain is Rite 1, the spinning rite. And it seems pointless just to spin.
2. My energy levels are not what they were before the tripod incident put a stop the only exercise I was getting. Perhaps it was the 5 Tibetan Rites and not the chocolate that led to the surge in energy over the last few weeks.
